If you are not satisfied with one or more products upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify the Return Service by email ( sav@talc-paris .fr ) indicating your order number.

You can make an exchange or ask for a refund of your order, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unworn and accompanied by their invoice.

We will send you a prepaid return slip by email. All you have to do is print it out and then drop off the package at a drop-off point near you (the details will be sent to you by email).

- In the event of an exchange, we bear all transport costs (return and reshipment).
- In case of a simple return (without exchange), we cover the return costs, but the initial shipping costs are not refunded.

In the event of a refund request, www.talc-paris.fr will refund you the amount equivalent to the returned items within a period less than or equal to 15 days following the date of receipt of the returned package.

PLEASE NOTE , we do not authorize the return of the following items:
- gift cards
- underwear if their packaging has been opened, in order to guarantee our customers that they have never been worn.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.
No return for cash on delivery will be accepted.
