What is the delivery delay ?
All items sold on www.talc-paris.fr are available in stock and ready to be sent to you. It takes between 24 and 48 hours to process your order. During sales periods or when a collection is put online, this period may be extended. In the case of standard shipping, the delivery time must then be counted.

What are the payment options available ?
We accept payment by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa Card, Mastercard and American Express Card.
We also accept payment by Paypal.
Payments by postal check, bank check, transfer or administrative mandate are not accepted.
Is the payment secured ?
Yes, payment is 100% secure.
Transactions made on our eshop are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol which encrypts all the information exchanged to process the payment. This information is not stored on our computer systems.
Are my bank details kept?
No banking information is stored on our site.
Your bank details are entered directly on the secure server of our technical partner. The banking information you provide, encrypted on your own computer, will never circulate unencrypted on the Internet.
Has my order been taken into account?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after payment of your order.
If you have any doubts, you can consult your orders in the MY ACCOUNT section.
You will have access to your order history.
Be careful, don't forget to check that our order confirmation email has not slipped into your spam!
How do I cancel my order?
You have one hour to contact our After-Sales Service.
Beyond that, you can return the items to us for reimbursement once your package has been received, within 30 days from the day of receipt.
Can I change an element of my order?
Once the order has been validated, please contact our after-sales service team as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org) to ensure that your order has not yet been processed. If this is not the case, you can modify your order or your delivery address.
Please mention your order number for any request.
If I place multiple orders, can they be combined?
By default, we do not group multiple orders. You will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
However, the grouping of orders is possible if they are placed in the same half-day. Excess shipping costs will be refunded to the account used for payment. In this case, please contact our teams by email at email@example.com.
How do I track my package?
You can follow the delivery of your package by consulting the section MY ORDERS in your ACCOUNT.
Your tracking number for your package will be listed there.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders placed on our website are shipped from our logistics center. Unfortunately, you cannot pick up your order there.
I still haven't received my order, is this normal?
For deliveries in mainland France, if after 5 working days you have not received anything and no delivery notice from the carrier has been left in your mailbox, contact our Customer Service (sav@talc-paris .Fr).
For international deliveries, delays for certain destinations can reach 8-10 days in standard service.
Beyond that, please contact our customer service.
How to make a return, an exchange?
You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases to us if they are not suitable.
Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to notify us, specifying your order number as well as the items you wish to return (and exchange if applicable).
- In the event of an exchange, we bear all transport costs (return and reshipment).
- In case of return without exchange, the return remains at your expense. It will be carried out as standard for an amount of €5.90, an amount which will be deducted from the amount reimbursed.
In both cases, in order to facilitate returns, we will send you a prepaid return form.
All you have to do is print it and stick it on the package before shipping.
Please accompany your shipment with your invoice and specify the reason for your return on plain paper in order to facilitate the work of our logistics team.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They should therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged. Our team reserves the right not to refund an item if it has suffered any damage.
PLEASE NOTE , we do not authorize the return of the following items:
- gift cards
- underwear if their packaging has been opened, in order to guarantee our customers that they have never been worn.
Exchange costs are free, but why not simple return costs?
Indeed, we bear all the costs in the event of an exchange.
But not for a simple exchange. And this for two reasons:
- The first is that order preparation and transport costs constitute a significant burden for our young brand. It is crucial to be able to limit them in order to guarantee good financial health.
Note, however, that only the return costs remain your responsibility. The costs generated by the shipping of your order are reimbursed at the same time as the returned item(s).
- The second is the enormous energy waste and pollution associated with the traffic of e-commerce shipments.
With return rates of around 30%, the textile sector is a major contributor to this mess.
At Talc, we make every effort to facilitate the customer experience by offering quality images, sometimes videos, but also a detailed size guide to limit unnecessary journeys as much as possible.
In case of return without exchange, we will send you a prepaid packing slip. Then we will deduct 5.90€ from the total amount during your refund.
Have you received my return order?
You will receive an email as soon as your package has been received. In the event that you have not received confirmation of receipt within 10 days of your return, we invite you to contact the after-sales service and we will contact you as soon as possible.
I received an incorrect order or an item is defective, what should I do?
Talc pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products. If, however, despite the checks carried out, defects or errors should be reported, we invite you to send an email to the After-Sales Service (email@example.com) to inform us of the problem.
Indicate the order number and attach photos if necessary.
A return form will be sent to you by email, and all return and reshipping costs will be at our expense.
In case of return, when will I be refunded?
In the event of a refund request, www.talc-paris.fr will reimburse you within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned package.
The amount refunded will be equivalent to that of the returned items deducted from the sum of €5.90 (in compensation for the prepaid return voucher that we sent to you to facilitate your return).
