The cost of sending your order will be calculated during checkout, depending on the delivery zone and the shipping method chosen.
Standard delivery is free for all orders above 80€ for France and above 150€ for the rest of Europe.
Please note that any taxes and customs fees charged outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the buyer.

These delivery times are communicated to us by our partners.
They are given for information only. It is possible that during very busy periods delivery times may be slightly longer than those indicated.
If you order items for delivery outside of Europe, the package may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Import taxes and customs fees may be payable upon receipt of the
ordered. You will be responsible for these import fees. Please note that we have no control over these taxes and cannot accurately predict their amounts.
In case of return of one or more item(s), we would not support the refund of import taxes.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with one or more products upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to notify the Returns Service by email ( sav@talc-paris.fr ) indicating your order number.
You can exchange or request a refund for your order, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unworn and accompanied by their invoice.
We'll send you a prepaid return slip by email. All you need to do is print it out and drop off the package at a drop-off point near you (details will be sent to you by email).
- In case of exchange, we cover all transport costs (return and reshipping).
- In case of a simple return (without exchange), we cover the return costs, but the initial shipping costs are not refunded.

In the event of a refund request, www.talc-paris.fr will reimburse you the amount equivalent to the returned items within 15 days following the date of receipt of the returned package.
PLEASE NOTE , we do not allow the return of the following items:
- gift cards
- underwear if their packaging has been opened, in order to guarantee to our customers that they have never been worn.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, spoiled or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to you.
No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.

Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Monaco.
From other countries, return shipping is at your expense. You choose the postal service.
For exchanges, however, sending the new part will be at our expense.
